We welcome players of all skill levels, from AA to A5

What happens during a typical on-ice session?
Each session is unique, but over the entirety of the program we will include experiences that focus on:
Skating techniques
Puck control
Shooting
Passing and receiving
Positional play
Checking and defensive skills
Hockey IQ and tactical understanding
Goalie-specific training

How do you teach leadership skills to players?
We incorporate leadership development through:
On-ice peer mentoring
Goal setting and accountability
Team-building drills
Encouraging initiative
Emphasizing positive reinforcement

How do you support players' well-being beyond physical training?
We focus on overall well-being by providing:
Mental health resources
Resources for developing balanced training schedules
A positive and inclusive environment

Are there opportunities for gameplay or competitions in the program?
Yes, we include experiences like small-area games to help players apply their
skills in game-like situations.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We require at least 30 days notice that you are unable to participate in a program
to be eligible for a full refund. We are happy to offer a partial refund of 50% of your registration cost up to 14 days prior to the program beginning. Any request to withdraw from the program with less than 14 days notice will be nonrefundable.
