Each session includes:

✅ 1.5 hours of on-ice instruction focused on speed, agility & game awareness. 

✅ Game like scrimmage scenarios. 

✅ 15 minutes of dynamic stretching & nutritional conversation to maximize performance. 

✅ Wheatland t-shirt included with registration 

 

Program runs: August 23rd and 24th

Birth Year (2016-2018) - 12:30 - 2:00 pm 

Birth Year (2012-2015) - 2:15 - 3:45 pm

This is a female only program open to all abilities. ​
